One word, PHENOMENAL!!! I’m a pescatarian. If you don’t know what that is, I only eat fish. With that said the salmon cheese Philly is absolutely delicious in every way!! The bread, salmon, cheese, onions, mushrooms and green peppers went together like a magnificent symphony! On top of the AMAZING food, Tayler was a delight in every aspect of professionalism. She took time explaining, understanding and give the upmost hospitality! She carry her self very professional and is truly a servant leader!! Had a great time at this establishment. It was busy so we had to submit an online order. We did not have a problem doing that. The wait was worth it because I had a superb chicken cheese steak and beef egg roll. The fries were also excellent expect them to come with a healthy amount of seasoning.
I was satisfied with my meal. Everything was fresh and crispy. Tayler was a cool server. For sure seating is cheeks 9/10. An I do put fries on my cheesestake fight me about it lol
This was mine & my Husband’s very first visit to Big Dave’s, and WOW… and this place does not get enough recognition/credit. The cheesesteaks were loaded, full of flavor, and honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. You taste the quality in every bite, fresh, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely worth the hype, but what really made this first experience unforgettable was the customer service. Taylor greeted us with such a friendly smile and made us feel instantly comfortable, especially since we were new and had no clue what to order. She answered every question with patience, gave great recommendations, and never made us feel rushed. The cooks got your order out within minutes! That level of care really stands out these days. Not only did we leave full, but we left impressed! The food was amazing, the atmosphere was inviting, and Taylor truly delivered top-tier customer service. Big Dave’s, you’ve earned a loyal customer. We’ll definitely be back!
